Sedona Subdivision on SALE

There’s a new subdivision in West Sedona that launched as the market was going downhill and lots were priced from $495k a few years back.  I’m not sure if any of them sold… (maybe one or two) – but the developer really wants to sell and has re-evaluated his pricing and they’re now priced starting at $199k.  That’s 60% off his original (perhaps overly aggressive) pricing on these lots in West Sedona.  This is fairly indicative of the local market conditions – which are fantastic for buyers of Sedona property.  If you’ve been waiting for an ideal time to purchase a lot or home in Sedona – conditions are fantastic.  Prices are down, rates are down, your choices are up and you’ll be able to negotiate a good deal on either a Sedona home or Sedona land.
